Bill is admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois, the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois as a member of the Trial Bar, the United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. Bill earned his B.A. from Northwestern University in 1997 and his J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2000.
